1. Introduction
VokleenClean is a professional Android storage cleaner app, helping users clean junk cache, duplicate files, residual files and large unused files to free up phone storage space.
By installing and using this application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please uninstall this app immediately. VokleenClean complies with Google Play User Data Policy, GDPR, CCPA and COPPA. All file scanning processes run locally on your device.
2. Information We Collect
- Anonymous device information: Android version, device model, app version
- Anonymous crash logs: Used to fix app bugs, no private user content included
- Advertising ID: For normal in-app ads display only
We never collect contacts, SMS, call logs, location, camera data, personal account and financial information.
3. Use of Collected Information
- Provide normal storage scan and junk cleaning service
- Optimize app compatibility and fix crashes
- Show non-targeted advertisements to support free app operation
- Respond to user feedback and suggestions
We will never sell or share your personal data for commercial purposes.
4. Third Party SDK
This app integrates official Google SDKs only:

9. Permission Statement (Final Clause)
VokleenClean only requests MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (All Files Access) permission. We do not request any other sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts and SMS.
This all-file permission is required for core cleaning functions. Due to Android system scoped storage limitations, our cleaner cannot scan full junk files, hidden cache and residual files without full storage access. The app only reads file metadata including file name, size, path and format during scanning. We never read or view the internal content of your private photos, videos and documents.
All scanning and cleaning tasks run locally on your device. We will never upload any of your local files to cloud servers. You can turn off this permission anytime in system settings, and all cleaning functions will stop working immediately after permission revocation.
